Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

We aim to acknowledge emails within five working days and media enquiries within two hours during office hours. Complaints submitted through the portal receive a tracking number immediately.

Can I visit your office in person?

Our offices are not a public walk-in service. Please use the helpline, email, or online portal — meetings are by appointment only.

I think a firm is using your name to scam me — what do I do?
